Sunburst Kosher Tours, Inc

The travel agent and/or SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. are acting only as the agents for the various companies, contractors, and/or suppliers who are providing means of transportation, lodging, food, accommodation and/or other services. Any change orders, vouchers, coupons, tickets and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which they are provided.

The issuance and acceptance of these items and/or participation in the program shall be deemed to be a consent to the condition that SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. shall not in any way be liable for any injury, loss to person or property, damage, accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle, airplane, vessel or any other type of conveyance or throught any acts or defaults of any company or person(s) engaged in conveying services to the passengers thereon, or any hotel owner or proprietor, food purveyor or supplier or any personnel, agent, servant or employee in connection thereof. Any reservation, voucher, coupon, order, or ticket are to be regarded as one which has been contracted by or on behalf of the particular person, company, or organization name therein. Such contract shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of this tour, the passenger(s) and/or Hotel guest.

SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. reserves the right to withdraw the tour announced in this program and/or to make such alteration as may be desirable for the convenience of the parties and the requirements of the program. SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. is only the tour operator of the Passover Program being operated at the Tradewinds Sandpiper Hotel and Suite in St. Pete Beach, Florida. It is not the owner or lessee of the Hotel in which this program is being conducted.

Accordingly SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. shall not be held responsible in any way for injury, loss to person or property, accident, damage delay or irregularity as a result of the acts, malfeasance, misfeasance, or defaults of the Hotel owner and/or operator and/or proprietor its agents, servants, and/or employees personnel or representatives. In the event that it shall become necessary or advisable for the passegers or guests comfort and/or welfare of for any other reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements such alterations may be made without any penalty. Any additional costs or expenses if any shall be borne by the passenger ot guest. The right is reserved by SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC., its agents servants and/or employees to decline to accept or retain any person(s) as a member or participant of the tour at any time.

All reservations are subject to availability and are made upon the receipt by SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. of the sum of $500 per room, $1000 per suite. Payment in full must be received no later than 45 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, full payment received less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be subject to a surcharge or $100 if the accomodation(s) are still available. This is not a charge that we wish to impose but one that we must due to the additional costs and risks incurred in processing late reservations. Therefore, all participants are urged to reserve early and to submit timely payment.

A full refund will be made if you must cancel (45) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel 44-15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of your scheduled stay. if you cancel 14-7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of twenty-five percent (25%) of your scheduled stay. If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date, THERE IS NO REFUND. Once the program is in progress, no refund will be made.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and is effective on the date received by SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC. It is recommended that any cancellation notice be mailed certified mail/return receipt requested to SUNBURST KOSHER TOURS, INC.67-67 Burns Street Suite 4F, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Participants are encouraged to secure travel insurance.
Kosher supervision is provided only during our passover program.
