In keeping with the “Catskill “ experience multiple choice type menus will be available daily. Freshly prepared meals under the direction of Internationally acclaimed Tibor Grunfeld , with over thirty years of Gourmet Glatt Kosher catering experience. Our breakfasts and lunches will be beautifully presented and elegantly served buffets, which will whet your appetite with mouthwatering delicacies, as will our sit-down dinners.

You will be served three freshly prepared and sumptuous meals with seasonal fruits, vegetables and salads all under strict Rabbinical Supervision. We pay special attention to those with special dietary needs and restrictions. For those who have difficulty in surviving from one meal to the next there is a lavish Kiddush following services as well as an elaborate tearoom for our guests.

Seders : Our Seders are steeped in tradition. We provide every detail for your table. You have a choice of Communal Seders led by our Rabbi, Family Seders conducted by each family or Private Seders (fee) in a private room . There will be earlier mealtimes for children and those that cannot wait for the later dinner meals.

Box Lunches: During Chol Hamoed, those taking excursions will be provided with box lunches.

Kiddush: The finest wines and cordials are standard at Sunburst Kosher Tours Programs. The beautiful displays at the Kiddushim with herrings, gefilte fish, cakes, vegetable crudites, fruit displays, salads and varied liquors are second to none.

Tea Room: Fully stocked with cakes, petit fours, candies, chocolates, chips, fresh and dried fruits, hot and cold drinks are among the selections available.

BBQ Night: From steaks to hot dogs, full smorgasbord, grilled chicken, various salads, burgers, fruit displays and all the trimmings. It's a fun night on the beach.

Kashrut Supervision: Our Passover Program is Glatt Kosher under reliable supervision. Our kitchen is carefully managed by Mashgichim throughout Pesach, during the cleaning, preparation, cooking, and serving process.
